Deposits:
25% deposit due at booking, remaining balance due day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 60 days of scheduled reservations warrant application of deposit to future date within the same season, or next, minus a $250 service charge. No deposit refund for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to reserved dates.
Pet Policy:
Bringing pets is discouraged. There is a $60.00 daily charge per pet for the privilege, and we reserve the right to withhold your advance deposit should damage be incurred.
Boat Policy:
Gasoline & oil are delivered daily and charged at market price. Operator and renter of boats and motors assume sole responsibility for operation and any damage incurred. Launch facilities are limited. Private boats are launched and moored at owner’s risk.
